Refund policy

At Islami-E-Shireen, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our products.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sweets, Halwajat, cakes, or other food products due to their perishable nature.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive:

• The wrong product
• A damaged package
• A product that is significantly damaged upon delivery

please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue.
